The Development

Willow Court is a modern eight storey new build of 119 high specification studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments on Ford Lane, Salford. Completed in late 2025 and delivered by the Mellior Group with funding from Maslow Capital, the scheme was designed to meet demand in one of Greater Manchester's fastest improving districts, between Manchester city centre and MediaCityUK.
